Etiquette & Life - Savoir-vivre!

Camille M

Good manners have much to do with the emotions. To make them ring true, one must feel them, not merely exhibit them. Amy Vanderbilt

Having spent many years in France and having experienced its refined way of life with a distinct French touch, I developed an appreciation for joie-de-vivre, which lead me to research rules and etiquette of French society.

By a sheer luck, I came across the work of Mme De Bonnières, renowned for receptions and special events that she hosted for the highest-ranking officials of French Army. Thanks to this experience, I grew familiar with the nuances and joys of French etiquette and the unspoken code of conduct. As a mother of two who cares deeply about my children’s upbringing, I am determined to pass what I have learned to both my children and those of others.

Multicultural ideologies and policies vary widely, ranging from the advocacy of equal respect to the various cultures in a society, to a policy of promoting the maintenance of cultural diversity.

Have spent my childhood in the family where the different cultures and traditions coalesced together and after my life in France in adult age, now I am able to appreciate the treasure, which is multiculturalism. I try to share out my experience to my children and I am sure that they will estimate this later.
